Gathering in a circle with others we will meditate and use transformational breath work while taking the warm cacao into the deepest reaches of our bodies. The traditional drink allows the nervous system to quiet and relax, opening a space of allowance and acceptance.
We welcome you to join us on Wednesday October 1st 6:30 - 9:30 pm at Utopia.
The ceremony will be followed by a potluck and sharing session. Bring your favourite dish!
Cost is $30 for first timers, $25 for repeat clients. Seating is limited.
