Please note how these accounts have all been created within the same time frame and have begun posting negative reviews around the same time, consecutively. Additionally, these accounts are empty except for the single negative review left for the Spa. All of these accounts have assumed fake identities (such as Harley McKinnon, which has assumed the identity of a celebrity named Jessica Chastain) and are not real people, nor are they our clients. We are aware of who is behind this attack and both an internal and external investigation has been launched, and evidence of defamation has been collected and brought forward to the RCMP.
